Where to Find Your Account ID
Your Account ID is located on your Business License Renewal Notice. Look for "Business ID/Account" as shown in the example below:
In this example: The Account ID is 1234
If you cannot locate your Account ID or did not receive a renewal notice, please contact our office at
(478) 542-2115 (Option 4).
Before You Begin
You will need:
• Your account ID (found on your renewal notice)
• A valid credit card, debit card, or bank account information
• Email address for receipt confirmation
Accepted Payment Methods: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and electronic checks (ACH). A convenience fee may apply for credit card payments.
After Payment: You will receive an email confirmation immediately after your payment is processed. Your renewed business license will be mailed to the address on file within 10 business days.
