When and where do the Commissioners meet?
Meetings will be held on the 1st & 3rd Tuesday of every month. On the 1st Tuesday they will be held at the Courthouse (Perry) at 9:00 AM in the Commissioners Board Room. On the 3rd Tuesday they will be held at the Annex Building in the Commissioners Board Room at 6:00 PM.
Where can I get a copy of my property deed?
Property deeds are kept in the real estate division of the Clerk of Superior Court
