The Houston County Solid Waste Disposal Facility is one of Georgia's largest and cleanest landfills. The award winning landfill provides the citizens of Houston County a wonderful place to dispose of their solid waste. In addition, it also provides the ability for future research into making solid waste disposal more efficient and better for our environment.
