EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2024

Effective July 1, 2024, the filing fee for Civil Cases will increase by $4.00 as follows:

Abandoned Motor Vehicle	$39.00
Civil Suit (without service)	$59.00
Civil Suit (with service) Service for additional defendants increases the cost by $50.00 for each added defendant.	$109.00
Dispossessory Warrant Service for additional defendants increases the cost by $50.00 for each defendant.	$109.00
Garnishment	$115.00
Personal Property Foreclosure Service for additional defendants increases the costby $50.00 for each added defendant.	$109.00
