Misdemeanor

The State Court of Houston County handles misdemeanor offenses such as Battery, Simple Battery, Criminal Trespass, Drinking Under Age, etc. In addition, the State Court also handles all Game and Fish Offenses and County Ordinance Violations. The majority of these criminal misdemeanor cases require a court appearance.

Dispositions

All misdemeanor dispositions are reported to the Georgia Crime Information Center (GCIC) if required by Georgia Law.
