NEW Customer Portal Upgrade March 17

Houston County is upgrading its billing software and customer portal to improve service reliability, efficiency, and the overall customer experience. The upgrade is scheduled to go live to customers on Tuesday, March 17.

As part of this upgrade, customers will notice that their online utility account portal will have a new look and will include additional features and improved tools to help manage accounts and payments more conveniently. Customers will need to register their account in the new portal in order to access these features and manage their account online. 

Customers should be aware that utility bills and payments made during the week of March 9–16 may experience a short delay. Payments made during this period will still be processed and credited appropriately. Penalties and late fees will not be assessed during this transition.
